      • Directed sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives for product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and deliverables were met.

      • Supported marketing, engineering, and product teams by improving cross-functional operations and managing key projects to completion.

    • Product & Business Operations:

      • Delivered weekly OKR and project performance updates to leadership, providing actionable recommendations to improve future sprint outcomes.

      • Created and maintained all operational documentation, including communication standards, tool training, general collaboration processes, and onboarding procedures for new team members.
