      • Led rebranding and repositioning of offerings to align with market demand.

      • Conducted product discovery and customer research to confirm product-market fit for POCUS Pro enterprise platform.

      • Restructured digital offerings to position them as an all-in-one solution for healthcare organizations adopting POCUS at scale.

    • Product Management & Feature Development:

      • Spearheaded design and launch of POCUS Pro Cloud, a major update for the B2C product enabling cloud-based image management.

      • Managed partnerships, including a collaboration with Clarius to expand network reach.

      • Conducted customer interviews to refine product features and validated the demand for a redesigned platform for enterprise needs.

      • Secured three enterprise partners interested in a POCUS Pro version for competency evaluation and accreditation.

    • Sales & Marketing Optimization:

      • Developed and executed a strategy to increase sales across B2B and B2C offerings.

      • Refined website navigation and pricing strategies for accessibility, including tiered enterprise pricing.

    • Operational Efficiency:

      • Identified and addressed operational inefficiencies to scale operations without increased overhead.

      • Established plans for asset continuity during a potential business pivot.

  • Our efforts confirmed that Aeyr’s online POCUS education did not align with market demand, as healthcare professionals preferred in-person training. However, there is significant potential for Enterprise POCUS Pro, tailored for hospitals and accreditation bodies needing tools to evaluate POCUS images and assess competency.

    Aeyr is now undergoing a rebrand to focus on this enterprise solution, with a new sales strategy in place. Contracts are underway to white-label Aeyr’s educational assets, ensuring they continue to provide value even as the company pivots toward its enterprise focus.
